Direct Billing FAQs

How much does my insurance cover?

We will only know when we put your claim through on the day of your appointment. Due to confidentiality reasons, insurance companies do not release the specifics of your plan unless it’s to the plan holder. Most extended health plans will cover physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy.

You should be able to check the details of your policy to see the amount covered per session. If you cannot find the information online, please call your insurance company to speak with a representative.

Is there a user fee?

This depends on the coverage of your specific insurance plan. Some extended health plans will cover 100% of the treatment. Others may only cover a percentage per session. Your user fee will be the difference between the cost of the session and the amount your insurance covers.

Your benefits may vary, so please check your policy.

How do I provide you with my direct billing information?

You’ll be able to upload the details of your insurance plan and a photo of your insurance card on the intake form sent to you after booking your first appointment with us.
