Yes we do! Please bring the claim number you received from ICBC to your first appointment.

You do not need a doctor’s referral in order to book in for your first appointment.
After receiving your ICBC Claim Number, ICBC will cover 100% of the cost for Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and Kinesiology treatments within the first 12 weeks following your accident. An additional user fee will apply for some subsequent sessions. Please see the list of rates below.

Under the ICBC’s Enhanced Accident Benefits, you are entitled to the same treatment benefits whether you’re at fault or not for the accident.
Don’t worry! Start by consulting with your treatment provider(s) to assess and identify any additional treatments needed for your recovery. After this assessment, your provider(s) will communicate your results to your ICBC Claims Specialist to request for an extension if indicated to facilitate your return to pre-injury activities.
